Our returns policy
Our "no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you wish to return your purchase, you can return it to us unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

For foods
We accept the return of foods only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Defective items/Manufacturers guarantee
You can always return items if they are defective. Items with a manufacturers guarantee should be returned to the manufacturer, as listed on the item's packaging, with your invoice and stating clearly the nature of the fault. Remember to enclose your name and full postal address and a contact telephone number. The manufacturer will either repair or replace the item.
If you are returning an item without a Manufacturers Guarantee because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

To return an item
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any). Then send the package to the address below:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Failure to deliver
Placing an order does not guarantee delivery. Hungry.Hugo.co.uk is not associated in any form with the carrier company we use. As such we have no influence over their procedure and company policy. The responsibility to deliver rests with the carrier and as such claims and compensation for late delivery are governed by the individual company's terms and conditions. At our discretion we reserve the right to refund part or all of shipping charges as a gesture of goodwill.
